Thank you for shopping with CLT 1768! Here's everything you need to know about how we process and ship your order.
Free Shipping We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum order required.
Print-on-Demand Production All CLT 1768 products are custom made-to-order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. This means your item is printed specifically for you after your order is placed.
Processing Time
- Orders are produced within 2–7 business days after purchase
- Production times may be longer during peak seasons or holidays
Shipping Time
- Once produced, orders are shipped within 3–5 business days
- Total estimated delivery: 5–12 business days from order date
Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
Shipping Carrier Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and product type. Carrier selection is made by our fulfillment partner.
Shipping Delays CLT 1768 is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier delays or disruptions
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
- Weather or other unforeseen circumstances
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are unable to redirect packages once they have shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please:
- Check with neighbors and around your property
- Contact your local post office or carrier

We will do our best to resolve the issue with our fulfillment partner.
International Shipping At this time, we only ship within the United States. International shipping may be available in the future.
