Refund Policy

At CLT 1768, all products are made to order through our print-on-demand process. Because each item is custom-produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

All sales are final.

Exceptions — Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@clt1768.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged or defective item

We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.

Lost Packages If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.

Wrong Size Ordered We are not responsible for incorrect sizes ordered. Please refer to our size guide before purchasing.
